DukanDesk is published by AG Accounting Solutions (“we”). This policy covers the DukanDesk Android app, the DukanDesk Windows software and this website.
1. Your business data stays on your device
Bills, parties, items, stock, ledgers, GST reports and backups you create in DukanDesk are stored only on your own phone or computer. We do not run a server for this data and cannot see it. When you share something (a bill on WhatsApp, a backup file, a GST data file) it goes through the app you choose.
2. What we collect when you buy on this website
Name, mobile number, email, optional GSTIN, your computer's DukanDesk code and payment details needed for the order. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive your card, UPI PIN or bank login. We use this data to issue your licence key and GST invoice, give support, and meet tax and legal requirements. We do not sell it.
3. Website analytics
We may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand visits and ads. Blog pages may show Google AdSense ads, which can use cookies. You can block cookies in your browser.
4. Android app
During the free trial the Android app shows a Google AdMob banner; the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect device identifiers, approximate location (IP), ad interactions and diagnostics. Purchases in the Android app are handled by Google Play. See the app's own policy at sites.google.com/view/dukandesk.
5. Keeping and deleting data
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires. You may ask us to correct or delete other personal data by writing to dukandesk@gmail.com. Data on your device can be deleted from Settings → Delete all data.
6. Security
Licence and payment records are stored on Cloudflare with access limited to us. Licence keys are digitally signed.
