Terms of use
Effective 20 October 2026
1. Licence
On payment you get a non-transferable licence to use the bought DukanDesk plan on the computer or Google account it was issued for. Updates of that plan are included. You may not copy, resell, crack or reverse-engineer the software.
2. Free trial
Every new install has a 7-day free trial with all features. After the trial your data remains readable and can be backed up; new entries need a plan.
3. Your responsibility
DukanDesk helps you prepare bills and GST data. You remain responsible for the correctness of your entries, returns filed and taxes paid. Keep regular backups — data is stored on your device.
4. Limitation of liability
The software is provided “as is”. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
5. Services
GST filing and other professional services are separate engagements with AG Accounting Solutions, billed separately.
6. Law
These terms are governed by Indian law; courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab have jurisdiction.
