Refund & cancellation policy

DukanDesk comes with a 7-day free trial with every feature, so please try it fully before you buy.
Refunds are given when
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- Money was deducted but no licence key was issued and we cannot issue it within 48 hours.
- The software does not work on your supported Windows 10 / 11 computer and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your complaint (made within 7 days of purchase).
No refund
After a licence key has been issued and activated, except in the cases above. Android purchases follow Google Play's refund policy.
How
Write to dukandesk@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 97816 52425 with your payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled before payment is completed. Monthly services (GST filing, bookkeeping) can be stopped any time for the next month.
